Calculated Industries, Inc. (“CII”) war-
rants this product against defects in
materials and workmanship for a period
of one (1) year from the date of original
consumer purchase in the U.S. If a
defect exists during the warranty period,
CII at its option will either repair (using
new or re m a n u f a c t u r ed parts) or re p l a c e
(with a new or re m a n u f a c t u red unit) the
p r oduct at no charge.

Authorized Service Provider listed on the
back page of the User’s Guide. Please
p r ovide an explanation of the service
re q u i r ement, your name, address, day
phone number and dated proof of pur-
chase (typically a sales receipt). If the
p r oduct is over 90 days old, include pay-
ment of $6.95 for re t u rn shipping and
handling within the contiguous 48 states.
