Canon USA’s Authorized Service Facility Support Center Web site is
designed to give ASFs access to the following technical support information:
• Notification of new product releases, patches, and technical publications.
• Read and download online documentation.
• Warranty Claims Processing: ECP (Electronic Claims Processing)
System.
• Technical documentation (Service Manuals and Parts Catalogs) and
training information.
For information on how to access the WARRANTY section of the Authorized
