7.9.4 Cutter Blade
* Always stop engine before inspecting and replacing the cutting blade to
avoid accidents and injury.
* Use a thick pair of gloves or wrap the cutter blade with a cloth when
handling the cutter blade to avoid injuries.
1. Open the right side cutting blade cover.

2. To prevent the cutting blade from rotating during
maintenance, rotate blade by hand and insert a strong
bar such as a screwdriver into the hole (I) of the cutting
blade stay.
* Check and replace the cup square neck bolt after
heavy wear.
3. Using a closed wrench or socket wrench, remove the
nut “K” and the nut “L” in that order, and then remove the
cutting blade.
4. Place a new cutting blade under the stay, and insert
the square spherical head bolt into the blade from the
underside.
5. Place the collar “M” and the cap “N” onto the cup
square neck bolt.
6. Install the nut “L” and tighten it to specified torque.
7. Install the nut “K” and tighten it to specified torque.
Specified torque:
M12 : 450 ~ 550kgf . cm
