8.1 Vehicle Body
1. Inspect each area according to “Periodic Inspection
Table” . (See Pages 29-31)
Perform servicing if defective conditions are found.
2. Clean the external surface with a cloth moistened with
oil. Lubricate areas which may become rusty.
3. Increase air pressure of the tires to a value slightly
higher than the standard value.
4. Apply blocks in front of and behind the front wheels.
5. Lubricate and grease areas to be lubricated and
greased. (See Page 38)
6. Remove key from the main switch.
8. Storage (Long-term Storage)
When storing the vehicle for a long time, appropriate maintenance is required for future use. After
performing the after-use maintenance (see page 48), follow the instructions below.
* Do not store the vehicle, battery, or fuel near open flames or in a high
temperature area to avoid accidental fires.
* Store vehicle in a clean, dry place. Cover vehicle with water-proof cover
after the engine has cooled.
