Why does my CapstanAG PinPoint II say 'No GPS signal'?
    • R
      russellbentleyAug 13, 2025
If the CapstanAG Controller displays 'No GPS signal,' first wait for the GPS antenna to acquire satellites. If the issue persists, cycle the GPS power. If still not working, the GPS antenna could be faulty and needs replacement, or the GPS receiver itself may be faulty and also require replacement. Also, ensure that the GPS receiver settings are correct: wait 10 seconds while the GPS verifies itself and change GPS receiver settings to Baud Rate from 19200 to 115200, GGA to 10 Hz or more, VTG to 10 Hz or more, and ZDA to 1 Hz or more.
