La scelta e la posizione dei distributori lineari di vapore all’interno
delle condotte d’aria o unità di condizionamento è fondamentale
ai fini di una buona efficienza del sistema di umidificazione.
Compatibilmente con le dimensioni della condotta d’aria,
i distributori devono essere più lunghi possibile e sistemati
lontano da curve, diramazioni,
cambi di sezione, griglie, filtri,
ventilatori.
Per l’eliminazione della
condensa, montare il
distributore leggermente
inclinato (2/3%) come indicato
nel disegno a lato.
6.2 Distribuzione del vapore in ambiente
Per distribuire il vapore in ambiente occorre prevedere l’uso
di testate ventilanti di cui sono disponibili i seguenti
modelli: VSD in dimensione small (S) e large (L), VRD in
dimensione small (S), large (L) ed extra large (XL).
I distributori di vapore ventilato VSDS e VSDL vengono
montate direttamente sull’umidificatore, mentre la VRDS,
VRDL e VRDXL vengono installate separatamente
dall’umidificatore.
Attenzione: si raccomanda di mantenere la lunghezza del
tubo vapore, tra umidificatore e distributore di vapore
ventilato, entro i 4 metri.
The choice and positioning of the linear steam distributors
inside the air ducts or air-conditioning units are essential
for the efficiency of the humidification system.
Air-duct dimensions permitting the distributors must be as
long as possible and installed far from: curves, forks,
changes in piping section
size, grids, filters and fans.
To eliminate condensation,
mount the distributor with a
slight 2/3% inclination as
shown in the following figure.
6.2 Ambient steam distribution
Ambient steam distribution requires the use of ventilated
steam distributors. The available models are the following:
VSD in small (S) and large (L) sizes, VRD in small (S),
large (L) and extralarge (XL) sizes.
The VSDS and VSDL ventilated distributor are mounted
on the humidifier, whereas VRDS, VRDL and VRDXL
models are mounted separately from the humidifier.
Caution: the steam duct length, between the humidi-
fier and the ventilated distributor, must not exceed 4
metres.
