E10 - Mancanza corrente
Quando il trasformatore amperometrico TAM non rileva
passaggio di corrente e l’acqua lambisce l’alto livello
Causa
1 Uno o più elettrodi non in tensione
2 Trasformatore amperometrico guasto
3 Contattore guasto
4 Cilindro completamente esaurito
5Alto livello in corto circuito
Verifiche e soluzioni
1Verificare che tutti gli elettrodi siano alimentati (tensione)
2 Verificare che tra i morsetti 54-55 ci siano tra 0 e 2 Vac
3 Verificare il contattore
4 Sostituire il cilindro
5Verificare il percorso dei cavi di collegamento alto livello
E11 - Alta umidità
Quando l’umidità supera il limite prefissato (HI)
Causa
L’umidità relativa misurata ha superato la soglia HI
N.B: l’allarme è ritardato di 20 minuti all’accensione
Verifiche e soluzioni
Verificare che il limite di alta umidità HI sia stato fissato ad
un valore idoneo all’applicazione
E12 - Bassa umidità
Quando l’umidità scende sotto il limite prefissato LO
Causa
1-2 L’umidità relativa misurata è inferiore alla soglia LO
N.B: l’allarme è ritardato di 20 minuti all’accensione
Verifiche e soluzioni
1 Verificare che il limite di bassa umidità LO sia stato
fissato ad un valore idoneo all’applicazione
2Verificare che non vi siano state aperture di porte o finestre
E14 - Errore di conversione
Quando la conversione dei valori analogici di ingresso
(sonda, conduttimetro, TAM) fallisce.
E14 può apparire in sequenza o in alternativa all’allarme
E31 e E06.
Causa
1 Sonda/regolatore mal collegati
2 Dip-switch non correttamente configurati secondo il
segnale in uso
3 Dip-switch invertiti
4 Sonda con valori fuori range
5 Segnale sonda/regolatore con interferenze elettromagnetiche
Verifiche e soluzioni
Fare funzionare l’umidificatore senza collegare nessuna
regolazione esterna (vedi funzionamento
umidificatore
senza regolazione esterna)
1Verificare i collegamenti sonda/regolatore
2-3 Verificare impostazione dip-switch
4 Verificare che sonda/regolatore non dia segnali fuori
range
5 Curare la posa del cavo di collegamento sonda/regolatore
(non devono essere vicini a cavi di potenza/teleruttori)
E10 - Lack of current
When the power sensor TAM does not
record flow of current and water reaches the top level
Cause
1 One or more electrodes not alive
2 Faulty amperometric transformer
3 Faulty contactor
4 Cylinder fully exhausted
5High level in short circuit
Checkings and solutions
1 Check all the electrodes are supplied
2 Check that between the 54-55 terminals there are 0÷2Vac
3 Check the contactor
4 Replace the cylinder
5Check the wiring of the high level electrodes
E11 - High humidity
When the humidity exceeds the selected limit (HI)
Cause
The relative measured humidity has exceeded the HI
N.B: the alarm has a delay of 20 minutes at starting up
Checkings and solutions
Check that the HI high humidity limit has been set at a
value suitable for the application
E12 - Low humidity
When the humidity goes below the selected limit LO
Cause
1-2 The measured relative humidity is below the LO threshold
N.B: the alarm has a delay of 20 minutes at starting up
Checkings and solutions
1 Check that the low humidity limit LO has been pre-set
at a value suitable for the application
2 Check that neither windows nor doors have been opened
E14 - Error of conversion
When the conversion of the analog input values (probe,
conductimeter, TAM) fails
E14 can appear in sequence or alternatively with the
alarm E31 and E06
Cause
1Probe/regulator disconnected
2 Dip switches not properly configured according to the
signal in use
3 Inverted dip switches
4 Probe with out of range values
5 Probe/regulator signal with electromagnetic interferences
Checkings and solutions
Operate the humidifier without connecting any external
regulator (see humidifier oper
ation without external
regulation)
1 Check the probe/regulator connections
2-3 Check dip-switch selection
4 Check for out-of-range signals by probe/regulator
5 Be careful when laying the probe/regulator connection
cable (they must not be near power supply
cables/contactors)
