L’ umidificatore non parte

Causa
1 Non arriva il segnale esterno all’umidificatore
2 Non è stato collegato correttamente il regolatore/
umidostato o sonda esterni
3 I dip-switch non sono posizionati correttamente
Verifiche e soluzioni
1 Verificare che tra i morsetti 56-57 e 58-59 del controllo
il contatto dell’umidostato esterno sia chiuso (*)
2 Verificare il collegamento esterno
3 Riposizionare correttamente i dip-switch

CDH-CDT-CDD: Il controllo mostra il valore letto dalla
sonda ma non parte
Causa
Il Set-Point impostato è troppo basso
Verifiche e soluzioni
Alzare il Set-Point
L’ umidificatore carica e scarica continuamente
senza produrre vapore
Causa
1Ponte di calcare dentro il cilindro
2 Contropressioni in mandata vapore
3 Rottura del regolatore di flusso della valvola di carico
acqua (possibili perdite nel circuito idraulico)
4 Conducibilità acqua di alimento molto alta
Verifiche e soluzioni
1Sostituire il cilindro
2 Verificare che il tubo di mandata vapore non presenti
strozzature o sia piegato
3 Sostituire la valvola di carico
4Verifica conducibilità acqua di alimentazione
La quantità di vapore impostata non viene prodotta
Causa
1-2 Conducibilità dell’acqua di alimento molto bassa (corrente
assorbita al di sotto dei valori prefissati con alto livello
attivato)
Verifiche e soluzioni
1Attendere alcune ore
2 Sostituire il cilindro con uno specifico per basse
conducibilità
Intervento del differenziale del circuito elettrico
Causa
1C’è una dispersione di corrente verso terra dallo scarico
acqua
2 C’è una dispersione di corrente verso terra dalla
mandata vapore
Verifiche e soluzioni
1Impostare sul controllo lo scarico a tempo (Td)
2 Verificare che il tubo di mandata/scarico non sia
metallico o in gomma conduttiva

1 The external signal does not reach the humidifier
2 Not correct connection external regulator/humidostat
or probe
3 Dip-switches not correctly positioned
Checkings and solutions
1The contact of the exter. humidistat must be closed between
the terminals 56-57 and 58-59 of the humidifiercontroller (*)
2 Check the external connection
3 Position correctly again the dip-switches

CDH-CDT-CDD: the control shows the value read by the
probe but does not start
Cause
The selected Set-Point is too low
Checkings and solutions
Raise the Set-Point
The humidifier continuously fills and drains and
does not produce steam
Cause
1 Bridge of limestone inside the cylinder
2 Backpressures in the steam pipe
3Breakage of the flow regulator of the water fill valve
(possible leakage in the hydraulic circuit)
4Very high conductivity of the fill water
Checkings and solutions
1 Replace the cylinder
2 Check that the fill vapour duct is not narrowed or bent
3 Replace the fill valve
4 Check the conductivity of the fill water
The selected quantity of steam is not produced
Cause
1-2 Very low conductivity of the fill water (absorbed current
below the pre-set values with high activated level)
Checkings and solutions
1 Wait for a few hours
2 Replace the cylinder with another one specific for low
conductivity
The differential switch of the electrical circuit
trips
Cause
1 There is a creepage to the ground from the water
drainage
2 There is a creepage to the ground from the steam duct

1 Set up the controller time drain (Td)
