12.2.3 - Partial heat recovery (Option 49)
This option enables free hot water to be produced using heat recovery by desuperheating the compressor discharge gases. The option
is available for the entire RB/RBP and RQ/RQP range.
A plate heat exchanger is installed in series with the air-cooled exchanger coils on the compressor discharge line of each circuit.
The control conguration for the desuperheater option is factory-assembled (see chapter 12.2.3.4 - Operation). The installer must
protect the heat exchanger against frost.
