Saving and Recalling Performance Setups (Registration)

■ To use an EX button to cycle through multiple setup registrations
1.
Refer to “To select freeze items” (page EN-83) to switch the “EX/CTRL” setting to
“On”.

Refer to “To enable or disable freeze” (page EN-83) to turn on the Freeze
function.

Refer to “Selecting the Functions Assigned to the EX Buttons” (page EN-67) to
configure the settings as follows:
(1) Select “EX1 Assign” to use the EX1 button for recall or “EX2 Assign” to use the EX2 button.
(2) Change the setting value to “Seq Recall Inc” or “Seq Recall Dec”.
4.
Press one of the EX buttons to recall a registration.
• When the setting value is “Seq Recall Inc”:
Pressing the appropriate EX button recalls registration in ascending order of “bank number -
registration number” (i.e., 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 2-1, 2-2...).
• When the setting value is “Seq Recall Dec”:
Pressing the appropriate EX button recalls registration in descending order of “bank number -
registration number” (i.e., 24-4, 24-3, 24-2, 24-1, 23-4, 23-3...).
• The EX buttons can also be used to recall a specific registration area of the currently selected
registration bank. For more information, see “Selecting the Functions Assigned to the EX Buttons”
(page EN-67).
