NOTE: Loading settings from a different tool can cause major malfunctions and
destroy the unit. Ensure that the settings being loaded were originally captured
from the same unit.
[3] Factory Default Set
Selecting this option resets all unit settings to the default as shipped from Cassida.
This option will reset ALL user menu and test menu settings.
[4] Software Rebuild
Selecting this option performs a software rebuild. Every time the main software
is updated, the technician must perform a software rebuild. The purpose of
performing this step is to reinitialize all auxiliary hardware. When software
is loaded, it is pushed to the main board, but does not reinitialize mechanical
components, or update the MECHA board software. By performing a rebuild,
all hardware is synchronized and reinitialized to ensure all components and
controllers operate together.
REPORTS CLEAR
Selecting this option will clear all reports saved on the Zeus. This will remove all saved
usage data from the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Press [YES] to clear all
saved report data. The unit will reinitialize after clearing the reports.
STATISTICS REPORT
This menu contains access to the units log data which include scanning errors, total
bills scanned, and other usage statistics.

[1] Statistics Report
Selecting this option opens the statistic report for viewing. Scroll through the
report by using the [UP]/[DOWN] arrow keys, or press [PRINT] to have
the report print on a receipt for ease of viewing. This report may be used to
view detailed information about cumulative bills scanned, rejects by reject
type, sensor or motor errors, and time between maintenance intervals. This
information may be used to diagnose non-repeatable or marginal issues
as well as provide information about how frequently a user operates each
unit. It is suggested that the technician uses the TOTAL COUNTS to judge an
appropriate maintenance interval based on duty cycle.
[2] Statistics Reset
Selecting this option will clear all of the current statistics data. This will also clear all
detailed log data from section [7] Log Data . Some technicians choose to perform
the reset on each maintenance interval to determine usage between visits. Other
technicians prefer to never clear the data to keep a unit lifetime statistics.
LOG DATA
Technicians may view this detailed report to access all operations that the unit has been
through. This includes settings changes, run times, power-ons, initializations, software
