Steps Signal
1. Hold the Program-Master in the reading field of the locking device for approx. 1
second.
‘Authorisation mode’ has been started. 1x short green
2. Now you can authorise any number of locking media successively by holding each
locking medium in the reading field of the locking device for approx. 1 second.
Locking medium is authorised. 1x short green after each locking
medium
3. Hold the Program-Master in the reading field of the locking device for approx. 1
second.
‘Authorisation mode’ has been terminated. 1x long green
‘Authorisation mode’ is terminated automatically after approx. 5 seconds.
The new authorisations remain stored.
All locking media that have been held in the reading field are now authorised to
open this locking device.
A locking medium can only be deleted from a locking device using the same
Program-Master that was used to authorise it.
Troubleshooting:
Signal Cause Solution
After step 1:
1x long red The Program-Master could be read but is not
authorised for this locking device.
Authorise the Program-Master
Program-Masters cannot be
authorised on V-NET
locking devices.
After step 2:
1x long red a) The locking medium has previously been
authorised with a different Program-Master or via
the OMEGA Client software.
b) A master medium was held in the reading field
instead of a locking medium.
