4.2.2 Shortcuts
The A1 amplifier is configured by a set of menus as described in the next sections. To allow quick access to the most frequently
used configuration menu items, the A1 offers the concept of Shortcuts. Shortcuts are fully programmable and the user may choose
any configuration parameter as a Shortcut. There are up to 6 user programmable Shortcuts. To learn how to program individual
Shortcuts, please refer to the SHORTCUTS menu item in the next section.
Shortcuts are accessed from Normal mode by a push of the OK [R], UP [N] or DOWN [O] buttons on the front face. Additional
OK [R] push skips to the next Shortcut. The last Shortcut is always dedicated to entering the Menu mode (SETUP). On this last
Shortcut, an OK [R] push will return to Normal Mode and an UP [N] push will enter the Menu mode. The individual parameter
for a given Shortcut is modified using UP [N] or DOWN [O] buttons. If there is no user action for about 10 s the unit will revert
to Normal mode.
Following table shows the actions of the push-buttons for Shortcuts.
