Its important to check the torque of the nuts
on the plumbing flanges. CIMLINE
recommends checking the torque of the nuts
after the initial 8 hours then every 200 hours
after that.
First, remove top plumbing cover (a) by
loosening the 2 top bolts on the side of the
boom tower. After those are loose remove
the two bolts in the back of the C1 and set the
upper cover aside.
Second, remove the 4 bolts holding the
bottom cover in place. Lift the cover straight
up until it has cleared the material pump. Set
the lower cover aside.

Use a torque wrench with an extension and
check the 6 nuts from the upper flange (c).
These need to be set to 30 Ft/pounds.

Use a torque wrench with an extension and
check the 8 nuts on the lower pump flange (d).
These need to be set to 22 Ft/pounds.
Reinstall plumbing covers.
