For IP-30 compliance: If you use 23-inch brackets or ETSI brackets, you can insert the rubber plugs in the
same holes as shown in the figure above before installing the brackets.

Attaching Brackets for 23-Inch Racks
If 23-inch brackets (RM-RGD-23IN=) are required, follow steps in the following figure for installation.
23-inch and ETSI brackets should not be used in high vibration environments, including any railway application
(EN50155).
