The following steps describe the call flow for a successful MAC TAL Web authorization for a simple IP
subscriber:

The subscriber initiates IP traffic to get connected to the Internet service. ISG notices a new subscriber
address and creates an unauthenticated subscriber session.

ISG then sends an authorization request to the RADIUS server with the subscribers MAC address as the
username.
