15. CHECK CORRECTNESS OF WORKING

Check halogen lamps)
Constance temperature is kept in drying chamber –system of
temperature regulation causes flashing halogen lamps according to
temperature. If lamps don’t light or the light is constance not flashing –
moisture should be repaired.
Checking correctness of working:

Sett parameters of temperature drying - 110
o
C,time of testing
samples - 20s, time of drying 30 minuts

Put weight 10g on scale
-
Start measurement of moisture
-
after 1 - 2 minuts put weight 5g and take weight 10g off the
scale
-
50% appears on display (for precise weights)
-
after 30 minuts check if indicator is changed not more then
0,1% - 0,3%. If yes balance should be repaired.
