5. TURN MOISTURE BALANCE ON

After turn power on moisture balance does two actives automatically.

First of them is heating drying chamber – halogen heater shed light.

Time of heating drying chamber is 3 min. Second activation is 3 min

stabilization entire moisture balance.

Pressing TARE key leaves procedure of every cycle and moves to

weighing.

Heating and stabilization of moisture balance should be done after first

plug to supply net.

If moisture balance is used as precise balance it should be calibrated

(calibration described in further part of instruction). If moisture balance

is used as moisture balance sett-up parameters of drying (calibration

isn’t neccesary).

6. MAINTENANCE

Moisture balance has extented user menu with:

• 7 different ways of work, for every of them moisture is defined

according to format

• cells of memory where factors for correction temperature of drying

for 9 different materials are collected

Before drying all parameters should be defined. These parameters

are:

- choose numer of dried substance - SubSt -

- factor for correction temperature of drying - SubcoF –

- kind of work - rnodE -

- temperature of drying - tErnP -

- time of testing sample - Strob –

- form for displaying per cent results (how many places after dot) –

dPP –

time of drying - intEr -
