The freecooling phase is enabled

Current set point + DeltaFC.
b) The return water temperature from the system (measured by probe BT1 located at the inlet to
the FC coil) is higher than:
Outside air temperature + IstStopFC
The freecooling phase is disabled
(stops) if:
c) The temperature of the outside air exceeds:
Current set point + DeltaFC + IstStopFC
d) The return water temperature from the system (measured by the NTC probe located at the inlet
to the FC coil) falls below the outside air temperature.
