Flow switch connection on unit’s main PCB is loose

→
Ensure the flow switch is connected properly
NO

Water flow is insucient (1)
YES
→
Check the water piping and valves. Make sure the
piping is clean, there is no air in the piping and all
valves are
open. If the circulator pump is not already set to
maximum speed, increase its speed.
NO

The flow switch is damaged
YES
→
Replace the flow switch
NO
↓
The circulator fuse, the electric heater fuse or the
water circuit PCB fuse is blown.
YES
→
Replace the blown fuse
NO

Replace the water circuit PCB
1 Measure sensor resistance. If the resistance is too low, the sensor has short-circuited. If the resistance is not
consistent with the sensor’s resistance characteristics table, the sensor has failed.
2 The flow switch connection is port CN8 on the main PCB.
3 Check water pressure on the pressure gauge. If the pressure is not >1 bar, the flow is insucient
