All necessary settings are described in this operating manual. If any difficulties should
still arise during start-up, please do not conduct any unauthorized manipulations on the
unit. You could endanger your rights under the instrument warranty!

When returning modules, assemblies or components, the regulations of EN 100 015
“Protection of electrostatic sensitive devices” must be observed. Only use the
appropriate ESD packaging for transport.
Please note that we can not accept any liability for damage caused
by ESD. ESD = electrostatic discharge
