Before oil replacement, place an oil drip
tray in order to avoid the leakage of oil in
the environment. Do not disperse the ex-
hausted oil or other consumables in the
environment; put them in the appropriate
containers and give them to the authorized
collection centres.
8.15 Indications for the disman-
tling of the MEWP
In the case of demolition, the machine
is completely dismantled according to
the regulations in force.
The different types of materials should be
distributed to the respective authorized col-
lection centres.
The following material must be subjected to differen-
tiated disposal and then positioned in suitable prem-
ises and containers:
o Ferrous materials: carpentries and mechanical
components.
o Plastic materials: gaskets, belts, protections.
o Electrical materials: windings, commands, so-
lenoid valves and similar.
o Oils and lubricants: hydraulic oil, reducers lub-
ricants, lubricating greases.
