1. Machine Description
The new Neo Touch machine has 2 graphic interfaces to interact with it.
On the one hand, there is the graphic sales interface that allows customers to select the desired
service, customize it to their liking (if this option is activated on the machine) and see the progress
of the requested service.
On the other hand, there is the graphic programming interface, which allows an operator to
configure the machine to his liking, thinking about the preferences of his customers. The operator
can also view the status of the machine, as well as perform maintenance tasks. In addition, you
can see the machine events and sales statistics.
In addition, the machine includes Neo's previous configuration menu within the machine, which
includes configurations that are not included in the graphic programming interface.

The sales interface can change the selection mode depending on the machine configuration. See
72Interface Configuration.
1.1.1. Standby
If standby is enabled, when the standby time is reached the machine will go to the standby state
showing the selected video in full screen.
