Shutting Down the Machine
1. If blasting with pellets, use a non-metallic scoop, remove any unused dry ice from the trough then
close the lid. If blasting with a block of dry ice, open the trough lid and remove the unused block.
NOTE: Always remove any remaining dry ice from the trough if shutting down the machine for more
than 15 minutes to prevent the internal mechanics from freezing.
2. To prevent clogging, use the rotary
encoder dial to navigate to the auto
clean icon and press the dial
once to engage the 30 second auto
clean feature.
3. Press the air-only button (I) on the
applicator to activate (blue light on)
the Air-Only mode.
4. Pull the trigger to blast for 10
seconds.
5. Press the air-only button (I) again to
deactivate (blue light off) the
applicator.
6. On the control panel, press the power button to turn off the machine.
7. Remove the nozzle from applicator.
8. Turn off the compressed air supply.
9. Turn the bleed valve on the side of the machine to the OPEN position to depressurize the system.
10. Disconnect the air supply hose from the machine.
11. Unplug the power cord from the grounded wall outlet and from the machine.
CAUTION Do not touch nozzle with bare hands during
or immediately after use. Always wear protective gloves.
