Prior to any maintenance or inspection procedures, ensure that the
machine is turned off and the power source is disconnected.
Follow all Lockout Tagout procedures.
Ensure that the air supply is closed, bled off, and the air supply hose is
disconnected from the machine.
Daily
• Inspect the trough area for any dirt or debris.
• Inspect the air and blast hoses for damage such as cuts, kinks, or deformation.
• Inspect fittings on the applicator and the machine for loose or improper connections and
correct as necessary.
• Inspect applicator control cable for wear or improper connections and correct as necessary.
• Inspect the applicator for any damage or loose parts and correct as necessary.
Weekly
• Inspect the inside of the trough for dirt and inspect slicer blades for cracks, gouges, or broken
surfaces.
• Verify the nozzle airflow exit end is not deformed or burred
Every 250 Hours or 12 Months
• Replace the shaver blades every 250 hours or sooner in the event damage can be seen to one
or more of the blades.
Machine’s power cord is not plugged into
properly grounded electrical outlet.
Connect power cord to properly
grounded outlet
Power switch is in the off position.
On control panel, press the power
switch once to turn ON the
machine
