SECTION 13: USER INSTRUCTIONS
13.1 User Instructions
The CTU heaters are fully automatic and operate
from the external controls fitted on site.
The only user controls at the heater are the:
Burner Lockout Reset Button:

Thermostat Limit Thermodisc Reset Button:
See Page 30, Section 13.3.1
13.2 Heater Operation
When the heater has been switched on by the
remote controls installed on site, the main burner will
automatically turn on.
The burner control box will control the safe ignition
of the flame.
All heaters require a constant gas and electricity
supply which must not be interrupted during the
normal operation of this heater.

DANGER
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect electric before service.
Heater must be properly grounded.
Failure to follow these instructions can result
in death or electrical shock.
Fire Hazard
Keep all flammable
objects, liquids and
vapors the minimum
required clearances to
combustibles away
from heater.
Some objects will catch
fire or explode when
placed close to heater.
Cut/Pinch Hazard
Wear protective gear
during installation,
operation and service.
Edges are sharp.
WARNING
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, injury or property damage.
Burn Hazard
Allow heater to cool
before service.
Tubing may still be hot
after operation.
Explosion Hazard
Turn off gas supply to
heater before service.
