Incoming Calls
IfyouaresignedintoSkypeonXFINITYandacallcomesinwhileyouarewatchingTV,acallnotication
appears on your screen. You have the choice to ACCEPT WITH VIDEO, ACCEPT WITH AUDIO or
DECLINE.Thecallnoticationwillidentifywhoiscalling.Ifyoudonotmakeaselectionaftertwo
minutes, the call alert will disappear.
WhetheryouarewatchingliveTV,OnDemandorDVRprogramming,youcanacceptorinitiateacalland
the program will continue to play while you are on the call.
1. When you have an incoming call, a request to answer the call appears on the screen. Continue by
selecting the contact.
2. Click ACCEPT WITH AUDIO to answer with just audio, click ACCEPT WITH VIDEO to enjoy a
face-to-face video call, or click DECLINE to ignore the call.
