ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
For routine maintenance, follow the instructions in the table below.

During each use. • Check and possibly clean suction lter, lling lter and nozzle. The nozzle
must not be cleaned with hard, sharp objects.
• Check high pressure hoses, lance, tightness of clamps and ttings.
If one or more parts are damaged, do not use the machine and contact

Every 50 hours. • Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
• Check the CBM module is rmly secured to the machine frame.
If not secure, do not use the machine and contact a
SPECIALIST

(*) Checks should be more frequent if the machine operates in environments with sizeable vibrations.
FILTER CLEANING
CAUTION
• Liquids arising from the emptying and rinsing of the lters must be collected in special containers and
reused in subsequent treatments or adequately disposed of at recycling centres and, in all cases, in
compliance with the legislative provisions of the country where the machine is in operation.
• Do not clean lters near owing water, wells, springs or ditches.
• Replaced filters and filter cartridges must be properly disposed of and not dispersed into the
environment.
To clean the lling lter (16), proceed as follows:
- unscrew the cap (2) counter-clockwise and remove it;
- remove the lter and clean it; in the event of particularly stubborn dirt, replace the lter (16x20 mesh)
with a new one, contact a
SPECIALIST TECHNICIAN
for correct type to use;
- reposition the lter and close again by gently screwing the cap (2) clockwise.
To clean the suction lter (5), proceed as follows:
CRRC 81 ECO - CRRC 120 ECO
- press the knob (24) and turn it counter-clockwise to release it;
- remove the knob (24) – the valve on the lter prevents the liquid contained in the tank from escaping,
except for a small quantity of liquid inside the lter body;
- completely unscrew the ring nut (25) counter-clockwise;
- remove the lter cartridge and clean it; in the event of particularly stubborn dirt, replace the cartridge
(50 mesh) with a new one, contact a
SPECIALIST TECHNICIAN
for correct type to use;
- reposition the cartridge and close the lter by screwing the ring nut (25) fully clockwise;
- reinsert the knob (24) and hold it down, turn it clockwise to the locked position.
CRRC 51 ECO
- completely unscrew the ring nut counter-clockwise;
- remove the lter cartridge and clean it; in the event of particularly stubborn dirt, replace the cartridge
(32 mesh) with a new one, contact a
SPECIALIST TECHNICIAN
for correct type to use;
- reposition the cartridge and close the lter by screwing the ring nut fully clockwise.
