  If the Comet Outdoor Cart pump isn't reaching maximum pressure, check the pressure adjustment knob (29) and tighten it clockwise until you achieve the required pressure. Also, make sure the lever (30) is in the “PRESS” position, not “BYPASS”. Examine the suction circuit for blockages, paying special attention to the suction filter to ensure it is clean. If the nozzle is worn or too big, replace it. Finally, check the suction circuit for air leaks and ensure the suction filter is clean.

  If the electric motor of your Comet Outdoor Cart fails to start or stops during operation, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if a safety device (fuse, differential switch, etc.) has been triggered. If so, reset it. If it triggers again, stop using the machine and contact a SKILLED TECHNICIAN. Also, the thermal or ampere cut-out protection device might have triggered. In this case, follow the instructions in the “SAFETY DEVICES” paragraph. Lastly, ensure the power lead plug is properly fitted; disconnect it and then reconnect it correctly.
