BATTERY INSTALLATION AND CHARGING
CAUTION
• Depending on the CBM module that is in use, install the corresponding battery type, referring to
the section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
.
• Observe the connection instructions in the section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
and the wiring
diagram shown in gure 6.
Connecting the battery
The battery (optional or supplied, depending on the CBM module purchased) must be assembled as
follows:
- Remove the protective cover (7) by unscrewing the securing screws;
- insert the battery (10) inside the CBM module securing it with the support bracket (8), for smaller
batteries, reduction bracket (9) can also be used;
- connect the cables to the battery (proceed in the following order observing the polarities):
- screw the cable lug of the red cable to the positive (+) pole of the battery;
- screw the lug of the black cable to the negative (-) pole of the battery;
- ret the protective cover (7).
Recharging the battery
Recharging must be carried out with the cables inside the CBM module connected to the battery and
with the switch (1) in the OFF position
Recharge the battery using the battery charger (12) and the supplied connecting cables (11) and (13):

HYDRAULIC FITTINGS
CAUTION
• Observe the connection instructions in the section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
.
• Suction lines must have a nominal pressure of 5 bar (73 psi).
• The delivery hoses must have a nominal pressure not lower than the maximum pressure of the motor
pump.
• Do not tighten suction or delivery ttings with torques exceeding 5 Nm (45 lbf in).
• All hoses must be securely fastened with clamps to their respective ttings.
For the hydraulic suction and delivery ttings, refer to the following table and to
Fig. 5
, where a schematic
diagram of possible machine including the motor pump is shown.
