The symbol: CAUTION
which is included in a number of places throughout the text, indicates a high probability of personal
injury if the relevant requirements and instructions are not observed.
The symbol:
WARNING
which is included in a number of places throughout the text, indicates a probability of damage to the
motor pump if the relevant instructions are not observed.
SAFETY SIGNS
Ensure that the following symbols are present on the machine where the CBM module is installed:

UNPACKING
CAUTION
• Gloves and goggles must be worn when unpacking to prevent injury to hands and eyes.
• Packaging elements (plastic bags, staples, etc.) must not be left within the reach of children as they
are potential sources of danger.
• The packaging must be disposed of in accordance with the regulations in force in the country where
the machine including the motor pump is installed.
Plastic packaging must not be dispersed into the environment.
• After unpacking the CBM module, ensure that all components are present and intact, taking care that
the identication label (18) is present and legible.
In the event of any doubts, the CBM module should not be installed and the Manufacturer or a
Specialist Technician should be contacted.
• This manual, the EVERFLO motor pump manual and the warranty certicate must always accompany
the machine that incorporates the CBM module and be made available to the end user.
