TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION
•
Follow the instructions in the manual of the machine that incorporates the CBM module and
the EVERFLO motor pump that includes it.
• Before any intervention, carry out the procedures described in the section
“shut-Down”
.
If correct operation of the machine with the assistance of the information contained in the following
table is not possible, contact a
Specialist Technician
.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
EVERFLO motor pump
does not start or stops
during operation.
The system's protection fuse
has blown.
Replace the fuse.
In the event of further intervention, do not
use the machine and contact a
SPECIALIST
TECHNICIAN
.
The motor pump protection
fuse has blown.
Replace the fuse.
In the event of further intervention, do not
use the machine and contact a
SPECIALIST
TECHNICIAN
.
The battery is at. Recharge the battery.
The pump does not prime. Air suction. Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Delivery circuit pressurised. Reset pressure on delivery circuit.
The pump does not reach
the maximum pressure.
Pressure control valve (4) not in
maximum pressure position.
Rotate the knob (3) clockwise until the desired
pressure is reached.
Water supply is insucient or is
being primed too deeply.
Check that the ow rate of the water mains or the
priming depth are in accordance with those in the
section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
.
Suction circuit with bottlenecks. Check the suction circuit (especially check that the
suction lter is clean).
Irregular pressure or ow
(buttons).
Air suction. Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Dirty suction lter. Clean lter.
Water supply is insucient or is
being primed too deeply.
Check that the ow rate of the water mains or the
priming depth are in accordance with those in the
section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
.
The motor pump did not
complete priming.
Prime the pump as described in the section
“operation”
.
The motor pump starts and
stops continuously
Leakage in the delivery circuit
and/or from a use
Check the integrity of the delivery circuit and use.
Accentuated noise. Suction circuit with bottlenecks. Check the suction circuit (especially check that the
suction lter is clean).
High delivery water temperature. Observe the temperatures listed in the section
“speCiFiCations anD teChniCal Data”
