ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Carry out routine maintenance procedures listed in the manual of the machine that
incorporates the CBM module and on the EVERFLO motor pump
that includes it
; unless
otherwise indicated, the following must be recalled with regard to the CBM module .
MAINTENANCE INTERVALS INTERVENTION
During each use. Check and possibly clean the suction lter.
Check state of hoses, tightness of clamps and correct insertion in ttings.
If one or more parts are damaged, do not use the machine and contact a
Specialist Technician
.
Every 50 hours. Check the integrity of the suction circuit.
Check that the EVERFLO motor pump is rmly secured to the CBM module that
incorporates it.
Check that the CBM module is firmly secured to the machine frame that
incorporates it.
If the motor pump is not secure, do not use the machine at all and contact a
Specialist Technician

(1) Checks should be more frequent if the motor pump operates in environments with sizeable vibrations.
NONROUTINE MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
Non-routine maintenance must be carried out only by a
Specialist Technician
.

incorporates the CBM module and on the EVERFLO motor pump
that includes it

otherwise indicated, the following must be recalled with regard to the CBM module .
MAINTENANCE INTERVALS INTERVENTION
At the end of every season or once a year. Check safety devices.
WARNING
The data shown in the table are for indicative purposes. More frequent intervention may be required
in the event of particularly heavy use.
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
Demolition of the CBM module must only be carried out by qualied personnel and in accordance with
the legislation in force in the country where the machine incorporating it has been installed.
CAUTION
Before scrapping the CBM module, make it unusable, for example, by cutting the connection cables to the
battery, and make harmless those parts that may pose a hazard to children who may use the machine as
a toy.
Disposal of batteries and chargers must be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force.
