• The CBM module may not be commissioned if the machinery in which it is incorporated does
not comply with the safety requirements of the European Directives. This is guaranteed by
the presence of marking
and the Manufacturer's declaration of conformity of the machine
incorporating it.
• Comply with the instructions contained in the user and maintenance manual of the machine that
incorporates
the CBM module and the EVERFLO motor pump that includes it.
• Check tightness of clamps that connect the hoses to their respective ttings.
• Do not use the CBM module (and therefore the machine that incorporates it) when:
- the ttings, the delivery hose or the high-pressure hose and the spray lance are damaged;
- it has been subject to severe impact;
- there are clear signs of leakage of pumped liquid.
In such cases, check the CBM module, the EVERFLO motor pump and the machine that incorporates
it by a
Specialist Technician .
• Have a
Specialist Technician carry out the checks required for non-routine maintenance.
• Wear clothing and personal protective equipment that provides adequate protection from any high
pressure jets and chemicals used.
Carry out the procedures contained in the manual of the machine incorporating the CBM module
and the EVERFLO motor pump that includes it.
CAUTION
• The motor pump must operate without exceeding the pressure limits indicated on its identication
label (18).
Pumping applications must be carried out according to the rules of good practice. The Manufacturer's
Technical Support Service is at the disposal of the
Specialist Technician to provide all the necessary
information required.
