Suction and delivery connections of the CBM module must be carried, depending on the model, taking
into account the ttings and the minimum internal diameters of the hoses shown in the table below:

WARNING
• Suction and delivery lines must have an internal diameter according to the above table and
must
not be contain bottlenecks of any kind
.
• Do not use metal ttings or hose lines to carry out suction and delivery connections.
• The material from which the tubing is constructed must be compatible with the uids used.
• Ensure that the tubing is not in contact with sharp edges or corners.
• Suction and delivery tubing must be at least 450 mm (18 in) in length.
• Ensure that residues of the substances used to seal the suction and delivery ttings do not enter the
motor pump and/or tubing.
• Use a 50 Mesh lter on the suction.
WARNINGS REGARDING PUMPED CHEMICALS
CAUTION
•
Comply with the instructions contained in the manual of the machine that incorporates the
CBM module and the EVERFLO motor pump.
• Store chemicals in a well-ventilated room with lockable door. Products must be inaccessible to children
and non-authorised persons. Place appropriate warning signs outside the room.
• Carefully read the safety instructions and warnings on the packaging of chemical products in order
to take appropriate action to prevents hazards to persons or the environment. In particular, do not
exceed maximum recommended concentrations, prepare only the required quantity of product, and
do not disperse on soil or in water.
• In the event of contact with eyes, wash immediately with water. In the event of ingestion, do not
induce vomiting. Immediately seek medical advice, taking the detergent package with you. Do not
inhale any emitted gases.
• Wear suitable protective clothing and keep children, unauthorised persons and persons not
adequately protected away at all times. No drinking, eating, or smoking.
• At the termination of operations, wash hands and face carefully.
• Wash all clothing that has come into contact with chemicals carefully. Any contaminated items must
be washed immediately.
• Chemical product containers must be disposed of at recycling centres and, in all cases, in compliance
with the legislative provisions of the country where the machine that incorporates the motor pump
is in operation.
• During operation, avoid spraying chemicals in the vicinity of buildings, homes, public or private land,
gardens, roads, public or private bodies of water, or places frequented by people or animals. Spraying
treatment in the vicinity of the above-mentioned locations must be carried out in the absence of
windy conditions.
