TRANSLATION OF THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
FOREWORD
This instruction manual (from here on the term "manual" will be used for the sake of simplicity, meaning the
"instruction manual") consists of two distinct parts.
The rst is intended for both the end user and the
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
and contains the operation and
maintenance instructions of the trolley or barrow; the second is dedicated to the
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
only
and provides instructions for the correct assembly of the machine (from here on in referred to as "machine"
meaning both the trolley and barrow).
By
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
is meant a person, normally belonging to the after-sales centre, specically trained
and authorised to perform special maintenance jobs and repairs on the machine. It should be remembered
that jobs on the electrical parts must be performed by a
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
who is also a
QUALIFIED
ELECTRICIAN
, meaning a person professionally qualied and trained to check, install and repair electrical
apparatus in a “workmanlike” manner and in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where the
machine is installed.
WARNING
• The machines are supplied in an assembly kit and the motor pump (driven by either an electric motor
or combustion engine) must be of the type recommended by the Manufacturer. Other types of motor
pump cannot be used unless specically authorised by the Manufacturer.
• Assembly of the kits and installation of the motor pump must be seen to by a
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
following the instructions given in part two of this manual.
• After the motor pump has been installed, the ID and serial number of the trolley kit and the motor pump
must be communicated to the Manufacturer; the Manufacturer will issue a CE plate (45) for the machine,
to be axed on its base (9) by the
SKILLED TECHNICIAN
.
• The Manufacturer’s “Declaration of Conformity” is considered guaranteed only if the previous
points are scrupulously complied with and therefore it is only valid if the machine’s serial number
is in place.
