5.17.2 5.25-Inch Slimline CD-ROM Drive
This section applies only to the Deskpro 4000S.
The 5.25-inch drive bay may only be occupied by a Slimline CD-ROM drive.
CAUTION:
All removable media should be taken out of the drives before removing the drive from the
computer.
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 5.4).
2. Remove the system unit cover (Section 5.7).
If you are replacing the drive in this bay, continue with step 3. If you are installing a new drive,
continue with step 6.
3. Disconnect the CD-ROM adapter from the back of the drive.
