5.11 Easy Access Power Supply
To remove the Easy Access Power Supply, complete the following steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 5.4).
2. Remove the system unit cover (Section 5.7).
3. Remove the expansion board cage (Section 5.9).

The power cord must be removed from the computer before the power supply can be rotated to
an upright position.
4. Disconnect the power cables from the drives.
It is not necessary to remove the hard drive 1, diskette drive 2, or CD-ROM drive 3 ribbon
cables from the system.
5. Release the power cables from the cable tie on the side of the chassis.
