the exposure
you
have set
is displayed

the viewfinder,

intentionally

are using an
AE
lens that
is not an
MM type,
you
cannot
take
pictures
in the
PRoGRAM
(PROGRAM
HIGH and PROGRAM
LOW)or

mode.

an AE
lens is mounted
on the
camera,
it switches
automatically
to the
Av mode
even
if it has been
set to the
PROGRAM
(PROGRAM
HIGH/LOW)
or Tv
mode. Since such
an
automatic
function
is
provided,
the camera
switches
automatical-
ly to the
Av mode when the
Main Switch
is at ON, even
if
you
have
made lens
interchange
between
MM
type lenses.
Therefore,
set
the PROGRAM
(PROGRAM
HIGH/LOW)
or Tv
mode again, or
change
the lens
with the
Main Switch
at OFF.

for taking
fast
moving
subjects

as
portraits

blurred

camera
shake
with telephoto
lenses.

This
program
gives
priority
to a
low shutter
speed
with an
aperture
suited
for it.
lt is
good
