depends on the setting of the "Slaves to read".

To move inside the menu it’s necessary to use the
directional keys.
The arrow near the items indicates the presence of
submenu (with right or enter key it’s possible to enter).
Pressing Enter key to go to show the page or the item
selected.
The cursor position is showed with different color text.
