Operate the inflation jets only for tyre bead insertion.
WARNING
Discharge the air from the pneumatic system before disconnecting the power supply or
other pneumatic components. The air is accumulated in the tank for operating the bead
insertion jets.
Operate the air jets only after making sure that the rim is correctly blocked.
WARNING
RISK OF EXPLOSION. Do not mount a tyre and a rim that do not have the same diameter
(e.g., 16 and 1/2 inch tyre and a 16 inch rim).
WARNING
- Fully press the inflation pedal for a short time (Fig. 36). The tyre will expand, and the
beads will seat.
To improve the operation of the tubeless tyre inflation system the line pressure must
be between 8 and 10 bar.
WARNING
- Unlock the wheel from the wedges.
- Move the inflation pedal into an intermediate position (Fig. 37) to inflate the tyre.
Frequently check that the pressure NEVER exceeds the maximum pressure indicated
by the manufacturer on the tyre.
Risk of explosion. During the bead insertion phase, do not exceed the maximum pressure
indicated by the manufacturer
