42 - ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
COROB™ D600 - D700 - D800 EXTRA
1. Disconnect power supply (chapter 5.8).
2. Screw tool A to puncher B.
3. Insert wrench C in the tool slots and slightly loosen screws D (do not unscrew them completely).
4. Rotate and pull down tool A, so as to remove puncher B, then separate the puncher from the tool.
5. If necessary, clean the surfaces of the puncher to remove encrusted matter, using a product compatible
with the type of bases used in your system. We recommend lubricating the puncher walls with a common,
non-contaminant lubricant (ENOTAP or similar).
6. Reassemble the puncher following the above steps in reverse order.
7. Connect power supply and switch on the machine (chapter 5.3).
If the can punching is inadequate because the cutting edge of the puncher is excessively worn, replace the
worn puncher.
