Wire rack Use these racks in the lower oven when baking and broiling.
Gliding racks The fully extendable Gliding Rack makes food preparation easier,
especially when you are preparing heavier dishes.
Temp probe The Temp probe lets you cook meat to the exact internal temperature
you want, taking the guess work out of determining whether a piece
of meat is done or not.
