The hand throttle lever is to control
the engine rpm.
The engine accelerates to its full
speed by pulling the hand throttle
lever ( Position) completely out
while pushing the lever ( Posi-
tion) decelerates the engine.
The hand throttle lever is mainly
used while working on a eld.
