General Informaon
This manual provides general informaon about the BACnet
thermostats. The controllers are space mounted devices that
combine a BACnet controller with temperature sensors.
The controllers include programs for the following applicaons.
Roof top units, both single or mul-stage
Heat pumps
The BACnet thermostats are nave BACnet, Applicaon Specic
Controllers. BACnet communicaon parameters, device instance,
MAC address, baud rate, user adjustments, and applicaon con-
guraon values are set from password protected front panel controls.
All models feature an integrated BACnet schedule and hardware
real-me clock with 72-hour capacitor backup for standalone
operaon or network me synchronizaon.
A two-piece mechanical design, featuring a removable backplate,
facilitates easy wiring and installaon.
Hazardous Informaon Messages
CAUTION
Cauons indicate potenally hazardous situaons, which can result in
personal injury or equipment damage if not avoided.
WARNING
Warnings indicate potenally hazardous situaons, which can result
in property damage, severe personal injury, or death if not avoided.
DANGER
Dangers indicate a hazardous situaon which will result in death or
serious injury if not avoided.

Noces give important informaon concerning a process, procedure,
special handling or equipment aributes.
