3.14 q Password Menu
Password The password protects the access to:
■ the user settings menu e
■ the set points menu z.
The password is a 4-digit number between 0000 and 9999.
The units leave the factory with user password 0000. The general factory password is 1914.
To reset a pre-defined user password, press j and q simultaneously for 5 seconds.

password
To change the password, proceed as follows:
Line n° Display Description
1 CHANGE PASSWORD screen title
2 NEW PASSWORD The controller requests the new password.
3 CONFIRM The controller requests the new password a second time (for
safety reasons).
Step Action
1 Adjust the password using the programming procedure on page 2-30.
2 Repeat step 1 (confirmation).
