The general procedure for refrigeration circuit repairs is explained below:

products using refrigerant R-407C.
All refrigeration work must be carried out by a licensed refrigeration engineer, and it must comply with
all relevant European and national regulations.
Electrical circuit

The general procedure for electrical circuit repairs is explained below:
All electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrical engineer, and it must comply with all
relevant European and national regulations.
Step Action
1 Recover the refrigerant from the unit.
It is strictly forbidden to release refrigerant into the atmosphere during service or
repair jobs.
2 Perform the repair according to the normal procedure.
There are no special procedures for the replacement of refrigeration parts. We refer
to the general DAIKIN air-conditioning service manual for more information on the
standard practice of refrigeration works.
3 Pressurize the system. Make sure there are no leaks.
4 Charge with the proper amount of refrigerant.
Step Action
1 Perform the measurements needed to locate the defective parts of the system.
2 Switch off the main power supply.
3 Check if all capacitor voltages are loaded down.
4 Perform the repair according to standard procedures.
5 Switch on the power supply.
6 Verify the proper operation of the replaced part by measurements.
