3.1 Removal of External Panels
Procedure Warning Be sure to turn off all power supplies at least 10 min. before
disassembling work.

panels.
 The top panel is integrated
with the front panel.

The stop valve cover
can be detached by
removing the screw.
 The cover has hooks at the
right and left. Detach the
cover by sliding it downward.
