9.6.3 Derating for Ambient Temperature
Graphs are presented individually for 60° AVM and SFAVM. 60° AVM only switches 2/3 of the time, whereas SFAVM switches
throughout the whole period. The maximum switching frequency is 16 kHz for 60° AVM and 10 kHz for SFAVM. The discrete
switching frequencies are presented in Table 9.4 and Table 9.5.
