CPRV Valve (V100) 1 inch 78.6 N•m [58.0 lbf•ft]
CPRV inspection
Inspect washer, spring, and seat. Replace charge pressure relief valve if damage is found. Inspect the
sealing surfaces of the pump for nicks or scratches.
MP1 CPRV assembly
1. Install seat (V400), spring (V300), and washer (V200) into the housing.
2. Install new O-ring (QV110) onto the valve nut (V100).
3. Install valve nut in housing. Torque per table.
