5.1. Three means of operation
5.1.1. Three means of operation
The adjustable frequency drive can be operated in 3 ways:
1. Graphical Local Control Panel (GLCP), see 5.1.2
2. Numeric Local Control Panel (NLCP), see 5.1.3
3. With RS-485 serial communication or USB, both for PC connection, see 5.1.4
If the adjustable frequency drive is equipped with the serial communication option, please refer
to the relevant documentation.
5.1.2. How to operate the Graphical LCP (GLCP)
The following instructions apply to the GLCP (LCP 102).
The GLCP is divided into four functional groups:
1. Graphical display with Status lines.
2. Menu keys and LEDs - for selecting mode, changing parameters and switching between
display functions.
3. Navigation keys and lights (LEDs).
4. Operation keys and LEDs.
Graphical display:
The LCD display is backlit with a total of 6 alpha-numeric lines. All data is displayed on the LCP.
This can show up to five operating variables while in [Status] mode.
